Kabaku General Services Ltd. Is a family-run business that has been running since 2015. We have been working together with housing associations and private companies alike, providing building maintenance services, such as:
1. Responsive repairs;
2. Gas, electric and plumbing services;
3. Flooring and tiling;
4. Carpentry
Further down the line, we have extended our services to:
1. Voids and adaptations
2. Professional cleaning services;
3. Roofing and paving.
Our company employees and sub-contractors are packed with a vast array of experiences in their varying capacities. Our workers are knowledgeable and are willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Our clientele-focused mechanism guarantees client satisfaction at every level with management personnel monitoring every detail of the task employed. Great customer service is our priority.
In the past years, our main focus in regard to value for money was investing in training that enabled operatives to respond to different types of repairs. Tradesmen have been able to expand their areas of expertise, i.e., a carpenter can now respond to rendering, plastering, or void works due to continuous training. Locksmiths, electricians, and plumbers are also trained in regard to building maintenance works and can now respond to basic repair works, i.e., wet trades, painting, and tiling works.
We have recently introduced a ‘buddy system’, where 2 operatives work together with access to a company vehicle. The operatives have different skills that complement each other, and they can respond to all types of building maintenance work.
This means that while one operative has painting and plastering expertise, the other operative can complete basic plumbing or carpentry work. The company vehicle is also stocked with a variety of materials and equipment with the aim to complete work in one visit.
